Red Carpet Photos From the Brits Awards 2013

It's the big night in the music calendar, when everyone from the world of music are all together in one room. So it's of course going to go down as one of the most glamorous nights of 2013 despite it still only February.

As usual everyone came out looking their best as Jessie J lead the stars on the red carpet, starting the trend for the large number of black frocks gracing the event.

The Price Tag hitmaker stunned in her plunging Versace frock with Jimmy Choo shoes and clutch, she accessorized with 1980s Gold Tone Hoop Earrings from the Susan Caplan Vintage Collection and co-ordinated with a Gold Tone Pyramid Ring also from Susan Caplan Vintage Collection to finish off her ensemble nicely.

Taylor Swift also arrived wearing a floor length Elie Saab black number. The American singer went for a suggestive gown with sheer panelling to reveal her legs as she posed up a storm before heading inside.

Emeli Sande, Rebecca Ferguson and Jessie Ware also seemed to be in keeping with the black trend.

Ashley Roberts showed off plenty of skin in a see through frock over a strapless leotard with a cinched in waist, which she confidently showed off


Delilah kept it sleek in her own black floorlength dress,

Rita Ora was maybe hoping for an award but didn't win the trophy for best dressed in her salmon backless Ulyana Sergeenko gown. She even a good looking lad to carry her dress train up as she made her way across the red carpet before the ceremony.

The 22-year-old singer later changed into a black sequined alter neckline dress with gold choker detail and a plunging back and flashed some leg in that had a split that soared up to her hip for the Brit awards after party.

XFactor winners, Little Mix wore an array of different outfits to the bash, showing off their different elegant and quirky looks for the big night

Berenice Marlohe went for all over metallic in a floorlength foil type silver dress which showed off her ample assets.

Caroline Flack attended in a navy floating frock, while Jo Whiley also went for blue and Katherine Jenkins committed a rare fashion fail in her printed frock

Gemma Arterton lead the glamour at the 2013 BRIT Awards as she walked the red carpet in a sequin shirt dress and matching rouge lipstick

Laura Whitmore opted for a metallic mini-dress by Zoe Jordan for the ceremony, showing off her slender bare legs.

Jourdann Dunn showed up in a minuscule yellow frock, while Lisa Snowdon showed off a dark purple gown and Paloma Faith kept with her quirky taste in a bejewelled gown.

Stooshe tried to make an impact in their array of bizarre ensembles as they arrived on the rep carpet in different styles.

Looking Stunning was Aluna Francis in a sheer sequin gown, while Bat For Lashes' Natasha Khan also showed off her style in her lavish ensemble.

Jaime Winstone led some of the worst dressed on the night in her garish printed dress, while Denise Van Outen and Preeya Kalidas underwhelmed

JLS showed up in coloured ties to match their usual ensembles as they dressed up in their differing suits.

Justin Timberlake and Robbie Williams both came suited. And 1Direction also suited up in monochrome outfits.
